APT was engaged and instrumental in working with Council Planning Officials to establish consensus on key aspects of the proposed development.
Further liaison with Midlothian Council, architects and other professionals (tree surgeon and ecologist) ensured that an application for 10 detached homes was allocated in the Local Development Plan and planning permission secured.
