Services
Navigating a project through the planning system is at the very heart of what we do.
Equipped with up-to-date knowledge, we provide tailored advice and guidance on the full spectrum of planning related activity.
Our planning services range from offering initial advice on the likely potential of any given site, submitting planning applications and appeals, to preparing project strategies and managing large scale project teams and stakeholder engagement.
Immediate and strategic housing related projects. Working for a range of clients including landowners, house builders and property companies we have a proven track record in steering projects from initial feasibility right through the planning process to securing planning permission and beyond.
The delivery of mixed use projects is going to be an increasingly important aspect of site development in the coming years as Governments and Councils expect a proactive approach to the efficient use of land. We have extensive experience of bringing together a range of different uses on one site, identifying the key areas of the planning process and managing project teams.
Identifying and coordinating EIA teams, incorporating the screening, scoping and preparation of Environmental Impact Assessments in support of major applications for planning permission.
We appraise sites, assess their planning context and provide concise and proactive advice identifying development potential. We manage the planning process from the outset through to project completion.
All forms of retail including regional shopping centres, specialist markets, major food store developments, retail warehouse parks, stand-alone retail units and other town centre uses.
Working with land owners, developers and architects to create solutions that enable development in sensitive historical environments, securing planning consents that transform redundant assets into resources with a viable future.
Promoting a pragmatic approach to regeneration projects; providing innovative and sustainable solutions that maximise the commercial value and minimise the risk to planning and development.
Working closely with the local planning authorities, we expertly walk our clients through the complexities of the planning system from initial project feasibility to agreeing the most appropriate strategies and achieving the very best result for each site.
