APT is playing an integral role in the continued development and diversification of Castle Park Golf Club, just outside Gifford – East Lothian.
The aim is to create an improved destination at Castle Park Golf Club to enhance the leisure and tourism sector in this area of East Lothian. The project involves a suite of proposals which includes:
- A planning application for the development of 28 holiday accommodation units on land immediately to the east of Castle park Golf Club;
- enhanced golf club facilities;
- the development of 8 new homes and 3 additional holiday accommodation units as part of an enabling application to meet the financial commitments resulting from the enhancement of the golf club facilities.
