Planning permission secured for new apartments on land to the east of Kingsmeadows House, Peebles

Granton Homes, who already owned Kingsmeadows House (a Grade B Listed building) and its surrounding woodland estate wanted to create a new apartment building in the grounds which was both sympathetic to its context and would become part of the fabric of the estate as well as a modern, appropriate and luxurious development in its own right.


Planning permission was granted.


The client now has the option to develop in the grounds of Kingsmeadows House to create a series of new apartments.
