The property had been completed without reference to a number of pre-commencement of development planning conditions.
APT prepared a strategy document, identifying the breaches, advising the client on the appropriate method to comply or amend the conditions to ensure that the completed new home was compliant with the planning permission and would therefore display a clean title.
APT liaised closely with East Lothian Council to negotiate changes as necessary and agree mitigation where this was still required.
