Services provided
Client
Loretto School
Commentary
The school was undertaking a major redevelopment project to replace the ageing Seton House boarding accommodation with a state of the art building.
Interim temporary boarding accommodation was required and with a deadline that allowed no flexibility resulting in an extremely time sensitive initial project.
Outcome
Planning permission and listed building consent secured.
Impact
APT has been retained to advise on the replacement building and wider review of the whole school estate.
