Planning permission secured for temporary boarding accommodation in a Category A listed walled garden, Loretto School Musselburgh

Loretto School

The school was undertaking a major redevelopment project to replace the ageing Seton House boarding accommodation with a state of the art building.

Interim temporary boarding accommodation was required and with a deadline that allowed no flexibility resulting in an extremely time sensitive initial project.

Planning permission and listed building consent secured.

APT has been retained to advise on the replacement building and wider review of the whole school estate.
